With channel film on a roll you cut the bag to exactly the length the item requires. No need to stock five different bag sizes, and no film wasted on short items. Available in 20 and 30 cm widths, 12 metres per roll.
How to make a bag from the roll
Cut off the desired length, seal one short end in the machine, insert the item and vacuum-seal the open end. Allow roughly 5 cm extra beyond the item's length for the two seals.
Roll or ready-made bags?
A roll pays off when you pack items of varying sizes or want to keep the number of stock items down. Ready-made bags are faster in production when you pack the same thing over and over – one step less per bag.

Embossed channel film in PA/PE 20/70, 90 micron, freezer-safe down to -25 °C. For external sealers only – in a chamber machine you should use smooth bags.
